Have you ever purchased a metal shed only to find out it didn't come
with a floor, or last year's snow was kinda rough on it?
The Shed Shop buildings all include the "treated flooring system", and
strong 2x4 wall and rafter construction. (some 12' wide sheds have 2x6
floor joists and rafters).
Attaching benches, shelves, and hooks for the kid's bikes is as simple
as nailing or screwing them to the 2x4 premium grade wall studs or
rafters.
Each shed comes with your choice of 48,60, or 72 inch wide standard
doors, utilizing the 5/8" Smart Siding, that includes 3-heavy duty butt
hinges per door, keyed door handle, two barrel bolts, a pair of hook and
eyes to keep the doors open on those windy days, and an aluminum
threshold to protect the door entry area from the wrath of the riding
mower. This door combination is hands down the best in the industry
for it's easy of use, security, and overall performance.
We offer several shingle colors to choose from, black, dark, medium,
and light brown, white, weathered wood, light and dark gray, and forest
green, and if you have a custom shingle you prefer we can get them too.
All Shed Shop buildings include Pre-Primed Smart-Panel engineered
siding, with a manufacturers 30 year warranty and a 7 year 100%
repair and replacement feature, that will maintain its' durable cedar
texture season after season. This structural siding is flat, hard as a rock
and unlike any other panel siding on the market will not rot or warp.
If your area requires a building permit, upon placing your order we can
supply you with a measured drawing when you apply for your permit.
We do not excavate the building site so please select an area that is
within 4 to 6 inches of level for your building. We do offer Class 5- 3"
Gravel Bases for an additional charge found on our Options page.
